EGNC Competency Development Framework (CDF) is a Skills Framework adopted from UK, British Computer Society's (BCS) SFIAplus which entails the IT skills, training and development framework/standard which has been used by E-Government National Centre since 2012.
The objectives of this framework are to develop a core ICT Skills and Competency Framework and to develop clear career pathway for ICT professionals in Brunei Government.
