How to apply?

Registration

 New User

    1. Users must submit appropriate application form in person to the appointed and registered POC for ID verification of the respective Ministry / Department.

    2. All submissions will be approved and certified by the appointed and registered AO and POC.


 AO / POC

    1. Firstly, every Government Ministry must appoint an Authorising Officer (AO) and Point-Of-Contact (POC) officer. It is recommended to have at least 2 AOs         and 2 POCs at every Departmental level. IT Department to take the lead to fulfill the AO and POC criteria.

    2. A memo/letter of appointment together with the completed application form must be submitted to:

        The Director
        E-Government National Centre
        Simpang 69-18,
        Jalan E-Kerajaan,
        Gadong, BE1110
        Brunei Darussalam

    3. You are advised to send an email on details of the appointed officers to onepass@egc.gov.bn.

    4. All forms must be submitted together with photocopy of IC that has been signed by the applicant. (OPF01 - Application Form for Ministry AO, POC and         User)

Token Replacement

    Token replacement is done due to:

  • Original token corrupted / faulty
  • Original token lost / stolen / damaged

    For lost, stolen and damaged tokens, inform the POC immediately and the Ministry POC will notify EGNC to revoke the certificate.

    Replacement fee is chargeable for lost / stolen / damaged token.

Revocation

    ONEPASS Digital Certificate is revoked due to the following reasons:

  • Use of Digital Certificate Discontinued
  • Transferred / Resigned / Retired from the Ministry
  • Death of Subscriber

    Request fro Revocation using the appropriate forms available

Amendment Request

    Every ONEPASS subscriber must inform EGNC for any changes in his/her details such as:

  • Unit/Department
  • Office address
  • Contact number

    But the subscriber still remains at the respective Ministry. For those who has been transferred / resigned / retired from the Ministry. refer to Revocation.

Renewal

    Renew your ONEPASS Digital Certificate at least 3 weeks before expiry date.
