In EGNC, the ICT Infrastructure capability centre, develops centralised ICT Infra for the whole-of-government (WOG).
We are in developing ICT Infra at scale and as the foundational ICT layer that enables the entire government, impacting all government agencies and public officers. Our diverse scope extends across data centres/hosting, networks, end user devices, IT support, secure ICT Infra, and ICT Infra applications – and to plan it together and lead in optimising across performance-security-cost for the government.

ONE GOVERNMENT NETWORK
One Government Network (OGN) is a dedicated and secure wide-area-network infrastructure to establish and connect agencies in accessing integrated e-services as well as internet from a central gateway. It is based on an end-to-end secured and carrier-grade Metro Ethernet Network using Layer-3-IP-VPN network.

EGNC offers Private Cloud Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) platform. The main vision of this services is to help agency in cost saving and efficiencies while modernizing and expanding their IT capabilities without spending capital resources on infrastructure. IaaS is rapidly scalable, secure and accessible over the internet.

DATA CENTRE CO-LOCATION
Secured state-of-the-art facilities to house your servers. The data center is designed and equipped to the highest industry standards, utilizing Secure IT Security room with raised floors, Security Surveillance System, Environment Management system, automatic fire extinguishing equipments, uninterruptible power supplies (UPS), backup generators and redundant internet connections to all local major ISPs.

ONE GOVERNMENT E-COMMUNICATION (OGEC)
One Government E-Communication (OGEC) project is a part of government's plan to establish and improve the ways Government agencies work together to produce cohesive Government digital services and to encourage the development of ICT capabilities to be in-line with the e-Government Strategic Plan 2015 - 2020 as well as the Government E-mail usage policy (ICT Policy).

IT CENTRAL PROCUREMENT & ENTERPRISE SOFTWARE AGREEMENTS
IT Central Procurement involves the procurement of IT equipment by the Government either through outright purchase or leasing, starting from the acquisition and management of IT equipment up to phasing out of these IT equipment.

NETWORK CENTRAL PROCUREMENT (NCP)
Network Central Procurement (NCP) is an effort by E-Government National Centre (EGNC) in providing the supply or procurement of network equipment centrally. The scope of this project consists of Enterprise Agreement (Price Book) for consulting services, equipment supply, delivery installation, maintenance for 5 years and training courses related to the relevant network equipment.
